She made assumptions and then proceeded to try and charge me double than other quotes ive received for the alterations. I selected to stop by this cleaners because it was close to my home. I decided after encountering them to take my things else where."

"I have been coming to this cleaner since long before the new owners take over. I was incredibly disappointed when during the prom season my daughter went there to have alterations and was told to return on another day. I returned with her. She went into their dressing room and changed. When she came out of the dressing room the owner saw her waiting to be served. In the meantime, someone walked in off the street and was serviced. I protested the treatment and we were asked to leave. When I asked the owner why the other person was being served first, we were told it was because she was a good customer. Good translated to white and right. I was so disappointed, but I was proud of my daughter who said is is mom lets go. We don’t have to pay to be treated this way."

"I brought in a king size comforter to be dry cleaned. I purchased it in a yard sale and it smelled of body odor. So naturally I wanted to have it cleaned. $50 later I picked it up. I took it home and it still smelled exactly the same and still wrinkled. It's obvious they didn't do anything to it. This is the first and last time I will ever use this cleaner!!"
