"Very nice people, but I asked for a crease. What I got was flat press . I was told to come back on Monday. No, I need them today. Very disappointed"
"My husband took a few of his shirts here, looked through each shirt together with the owner of the store. When my husband went back to pick up his order. His Ralph Lauren Polo shirt was not cleaned well, burned, and had multiple holes on it. He was then told he brought it to the clearers in that condition, or maybe he has bugs at home that ate through his shirt. He was offered less than half of the cost of the shirt. They insisted it was a cheap shirt anyway. One of the ladies stated she presses polyester shirts all the time, and this never happened. The ladies at the front desk became hostile and continued to argue about their mistake. They offered $50 for the shirt and $60 in store credit. This wouldn't be such a big problem if the establishment took ownership of their failures and offered a suitable solution. However, given the horrendous nature in how this situation was handled we will not be using the store credit. I would recommend using an alternative dry cleaners there is a extreme lack of professionalism."
"I’ve been dropping items off here for years for my husband. Never an issue until recently, but they MADE IT RIGHT, and for that I say Thank you all so much! We will continue to do business with you."
"Do not come here for alterations!!!!! I repeat Do not come here for alterations. I came to get new zippers put on my motorcycle jackets. They Quoted me 10 Days. After 2 Weeks the Items were still not finished. The person didn't even order the parts! The Cleaners took another week to halfway complete the job. Who puts zippers on clothes with no pull tab????? Do not come here!"
"On my first visit here I brought two pair of pants in to be dry cleaned and one to have a minor repair done. I came back one day after the items were to be completed and I had received a text stating that they were done. They only had one pair ready for pick up and it was the one that was repaired. They got my other pair of pants back the next day. This was no big deal to me and as someone who runs a business in the area I understand and appreciate that mistakes happen from time to time. My second experience I again brought two pair of pants in to be dry cleaned. I once again gave them an extra day before I came to pick them up. I go to the store to pick my items up from them and neither pair of pants have been returned to the store. They immediately call the cleaners and I am able to pick up my pants the next day. At this point, I am questioning their processes because now it seems like a pattern. But it does not completely deter me from using their services. About a week later I take one pair of my pants out to put them on and I notice on the back of the pant leg there were several tears. I call Nature's Touch and speak to the gentleman who works the counter (by the way, a super nice guy) and he said that he would have the manager call me. I speak to the manager Pree, and he asked me to return the pants so that he could see them. He stated that is was most likely from moths in my clothes, which I was offended by. I told him that these were tears in my clothes and I have yet to see moths that tear open clothes. We settled on a picture that I text to him. I sent the pictures on a Wednesday and did not hear back from him till Saturday stating that they will attempt to repair the pants and give me a store credit. I said that a store credit would not be satisfactory since my intention was to use a different dry cleaner due to their service failures. He said I would need to speak to his boss. I email Pree's boss, since I was not given his phone number, and he responds that they would not do anything since I no longer had the green tag on the pants. I explained that had I known that this was the requirement I would have dug the green tag out of the garbage, but due to their slow response the tag was in a landfill at this point. I never heard back with any resolution other than they will repair. I drop the pants off to be repaired and when I receive it back it looks worse than when they just had the tears in them. I speak to the nice gentleman behind the counter and he says that they are willing to give me a store credit of $50. I said that this was not satisfactory being that these are pants that are part of a tailored suit that cost over $400 and now the whole suit is worthless. I asked for the manager Pree to call me and have not received a phone call as of yet. This business is lacking in customer service and do not seem concerned in the issues their service is providing. If I ran my business the way these folks do I would be out of a job, and if I owned my business I would imagine I would not be in business for long."
