"I would recommend this company to anyone. My wife and I were relocating to GA. We were not satisfied with the condition of the house when we picked up the keys.That evening after-hours about 7pm we called numerous companies to get a deep cleaning the next day. No company was available. When I spoke to Main attraction they were professional and available early the next day. They were on time and I was impressed with the job done and the speed."
"I have been looking for a professional company to come and clean my businesses especially with Covid-19 going on. I wanted my clients as well as employees to understand that we care about their safety and health. We decided to do our part by hiring Maine Attraction. Don’t get me wrong we were a little scared because this was not our first rodeo with cleaning companies that do mediocre jobs. So we gave them a try. Everything was spotless, amazing customer service, and the team went over and beyond. Well worth the cost! So happy we found this company."
"Do not hire this company! A complete rip-off! Horrible experience! Was promised carpet would be deep cleaned it WAS NOT! Was lied to. Some rooms were not even touched. Took before and after pictures!! Then complained to the owner Jermaine. He promises to come back to finish the job actually sends a message confirming. One hour on the day of still confirms appointment to come back and finish the job. Got this in writing lucky for me!! Never shows up!! Never calls nor answers the phone. Paid $325 for nothing. As an owner was not interested in what his workers did, just interested in taking money. THESE ARE FACTS not opinions. Please do your homework!! Get all services IN WRITING via contract and TAKE BEFORE PICTURES, so you can seek possible legal compensation. Surprised the owner wasn’t concerned about “reputational risks”, his integrity or his brand."
"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Jermaine Long, the owner is very unprofessional and incapable of cleaning. Jermaine agreed to do a deep cleaning of my home for $190 on 10/1/19. He came alone for the cleaning as he stated that price is too low to pay any of his crew. He did the job in about 5 hours or so. And I’ll just let the pictures speak for themselves. He was provided with an extensive checklist on the items to clean and we have reason to believe he did absolutely nothing for 5 hours. The filth was pointed out to him upon his job "completion" and he claimed to be in a rush to another appointment, and said to send him pictures of what we were unsatisfied with and that he would return to fix the issues. While I shouldn't have ever paid him, I reached out to him a day later requesting a full refund and he agreed to a partial refund to be returned on 10/15/19. He is now avoiding calls and texts. Man TF up and do better business...as a man. A BLACK man. Hate to see it, hate to say it but this is NOT any company you should patronize. NOTE MOST OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FROM THE LONG FAMILY. I wish I had seen The other young lady’s post with the 1 star review."
"Please see my email below. This was sent after multiple attempts to remedy the situation. My name is Jalonna Kearney and I scheduled a cleaning for yesterday, September 19th, 2019 from 10am - 2pm. The total cost for the cleaning was $225 (with $25 included for a travel fee) and was confirmed via phone on Tuesday evening with Jermaine. I have attached all text communications to this e-mail for your review. Please take special note of the list of tasks that were to be completed. This list was confirmed and even clarified by Mr. Jermaine during our text conversation. Thank you's were expressed and funds sent almost immediately after "completion" of the deep cleaning Upon arrival to our home, my boyfriend (Babe in the text messages) noted that MANY of the tasks that were to be completed were not only ill-finished but some had not even be ATTEMPTED. As you will see from the photos provided, our home still contains, dust, dirt and debris in various rooms. A bottle of some sort was left on the kitchen counter and all of the appliances (microwave, fridge/freezer, sink, dishwasher, and oven) are all STILL in horrible condition with what looks like a blatant neglect of attention at all let alone attention to detail. In opening the fridge door, some sort of debris is CLEARLY visible on the shelves and inner door while the water and ice dispensers on the freezer door and the tops of the cabinet doors were not even wiped down. Jermaine stated during our phone conversation that the difference between a regular cleaning and a deep cleaning was the fact that during a deep cleaning appliances and furniture are pulled out and moved away from the walls in order to clean BEHIND them. I do not trust that this action was completed as there are still spaces around and beside the oven and fridge that are unclean. The master bathroom has dust and cobwebs on the light fixtures and towel rack. The tub, shower floor, and shower door still contain water spots and the jets and toilet look like they were not touched all. The garage which was not to be swept out as well but the lawn mower was not moved and there is still grass and debris in the garage. At this point, 1 of the following 2 actions needed to be taken: 1) a 90% refund given - since the equivalent of about 1 of the 11 items requested was complete -- total of $200 2) a re-cleaning that specifically addresses these concerns completed the day of this email or by the next morning at 9am I am extremely disappointed in the service we have received and am looking forward to a timely resolution as we will be moving into our new home tomorrow. Please let me know which of the options above will be taken. Thanks you (this was at 12:55pm on 9/20/19) I have not received a response to my email, text or phone call and it is 7:38pm. The owner is avoiding my calls and is refusing to remedy the situation so I am disputing the charge with my bank. Pics of the text convo coming soon."
