"I ordered a deep cleaning. I was charged $840 which was supposedly a discount for one of the the workers misplacing my blind turner and not putting things back. However, the workers did not do a deep cleaning as promised. I found smudges and streaks on mirrors, smudges on windows and my glass tables. My things were not put back in the way they were found. The refrigerator door was not wiped down and I found debris still on the floor. For a deep clean this was unacceptable especially for the rate of $910 that was originally going to be charged. I called the company to share the problem, to which they offered to send another crew out to clean up what the first crew missed(a total inconvenience to me). Instead I requested compensation for the poor service and to date the issue has not been resolved."
