We finally gave in and called Mr. Moore and they were able to come out the next day and resolve our issues in less than an hour. She replied "yes".... Not really a professional way to answer a business line.... Well anyway I proceed to tell her I'm in need of a plumber... Her reply was are you aware of the time ...
