"said they could get bubbles spots out of carpet they got the bubbles spots out but may a worst place where you enter the hallway made a double seam with bubble on each side of seam looks more noticeable then when they started."
"We got flooring installed throughout downstairs and they did a great job! Shane was the project manager and he was a pleasure to deal with. Then everything went downhill fast. We hired them to do cabinets in the kitchen area downstairs and it took them almost 2 months to get it right. We were overcharged and the “salesman” (John) basically called me a liar - even after I sent the owner the texts from him. I’ve never been treated this way and I would never work with those people ever again. My husband was more angry every time they were here. In the end we had to deal with the owner to get the job finished. Never again! Fortunately, we’ve found an excellent group to do the rest of the work."
"I decided to use sunrise flooring to install laminate in my living room and kitchen. I was quoted 3975 and I supplied the materials. I paid a 1000 dollar deposit. I was told the flooring would be completed 11/6. I informed the salesman that the job was time sensitive. The salesman seen the materials I had and never expressed any concerns about the materials. I left the morning of 11/6 around 9 A.M. I drove to Tennessee for a day trip. At 2 P.M, I was contacted and informed that the material I had would not work. I was told that the locking mechanism was warped and molded. I was told to take the materials back and get new materials. I was told that they installers couldn’t come back for 8-10 days. I left TN and returned home to find subfloors with nails and staples exposed throughout my house with carpet down in certain areas and old laminate still in home. I have a 18 month old and could not leave my home in this condition for 8-10 days. I checked out the flooring the installers said was molded and warped. I seen 0 mold and 0 warping. I called sunrise and informed them that I would install the flooring myself. I did not have one issue installing the flooring. I am not a professional installer and had zero issues. I was contacted by sunrise and informed I had a 100 dollar balance. I expected a partial or full refund due to the fact that they refused the work. The contract stated 550 for tear out and removal . 1100 dollars to tear out a small section of carpet and a small section of laminate. There was still carpet on the ground with tac strip. There was still carpet around fireplace. There was still laminate in the kitchen. There was hundreds or exposed staples and nails. I was told that the crew was there for over 7 hours and they had to be paid. I informed the misinformed lady that I have cameras on my property and they were there for 5 hours and left for an hour of that. I was basically called a liar. The 100 dollar balanced was waived and I informed the lady that I am not satisfied. I was told that the owners of the company would be contacted about giving me a refund and I would be called and informed of the decision. I have not been contacted. I do not recommend this company. I would not trust this company. I would avoid a deposit at all cost. I’m thankful I only put a 1000 dollar deposit down."
"We have had Sunrise Flooring do a lot of work in our home over the past 8 years. That's why we didn't even get other estimates when we decided on new luxury vinyl tile (floating) for our bathrooms. However, after selecting the type & color, and paying 50% down-payment on Feb 9, we still hadn't heard anything. We were told it would arrive in about 3 days. We called and were stunned when our order couldn't be found. Mark, the owner helped find it and explained supply chain delay. Someone should have called us. On the day of installation we asked installer if he could rearrange THREE tiles because they were arranged together in one row and had same pattern. He became upset and said he disagreed then called Mark. However Mark told him we were paying for this and since only half the tiles were down to change them. We told the installer we were loyal customers paying almost $2000 ($1620) for 2 small bathrooms so we expected a good job. After that, he was GREAT! They did a super job and we are now very pleased our gut instinct was to go with Sunrise!"
"Excellent experience - 5 stars! Everyone we worked with was professional, and courteous. We called on Tuesday, they quoted us a price on Thursday and installed the carpet Friday afternoon. We are very happy with how it turned out. Highly recommend!"
