After the wonderful Christmas season of cooking, entertaining visitors with all this messy weather, it was time to get whipped-in to shape and cleaned-up again. Shanya was our Pro today! Thank goodness for this gal . . . she is a one-woman team! As she did today, she arrived right by herself and she does a superb job!! Often times if she shows up with someone with her, she is training someone new. This young woman is a go-getter, highly motivated and we are thankful she is a part of the Maid Pro Team!!! "We had MaidPro come out for several hours today. When they arrived we gave them a priority list of places and they only managed to hit 2. We did not want the kitchen fully cleaned or the dishes done and yet they were. The cleaning was very inconsistent and places were missed. They completely missed entire areas in our bedroom and the half bath. We had to go behind them and clean again because of the terrible smell left behind. They washed a tray that we use for warming our baby’s bottle in the dishwasher. This caused issues with feeding him. Speaking of the dishwasher they used dawn soap instead of the pods we have right next to the dishwasher. This caused the dishwasher to foam out. I am still cleaning this mess up. This cost me more time and effort than if I had just cleaned the house myself. If I could give zero stars I would. Edit: I will be adding 2 stars as they did refund us for the cleaning. Lesson learned but they were professional."
