"The girl and guy that came to help were cool and girl had great communication. Idk if it was when they needed the full crew that things were thrown off. My husband had to call higher ups because my things were not put in the storage and things left all over the house and porch. Garbage was left in my home from crew snacking and drinking water. Also was left outside on my property. A SUPERVISOR came and grabbed equipment left in the home and really stuck dirty behind floor tape on my REFRIGERATOR, floor stuff on a table of mine and left a big behind hold without covering it up. I told the girl and all she could do was embarrassingly apologize because we talked so much about not having critters being invited into my home."

"It’s a horrible company ! Do not do business with them because they are not customer oriented and are not willing to do the work. When I contacted this business, got a terrific response.. Representatives came out within a couple off days. The estimate was completed and I coordinated with the claims adjuster and representative for the proper adjustments to be made. Once we have the estimate properly adjusted , I asked for a date for repairs to be completed. I advised I have insurance check and ready to get repairs started. That is when when everything came to a screeching halt. My representative became totally unresponsive. Ignored my phone calls and my text and emails. I called the main office and all I got was will have representative contact me. I had to be initiate and be persistent on all contact . It’s now been over two months since I started the process and it’s been over a month since anyone has contacted me. . It has now been four weeks since anybody from this company even bothered to return my phone call. They are a joke!"
