"Great little place. Nice & clean if the last person picked up after themselves. Everything is there to do so. Giving four stars, because the drying option could be better, the shampoo wasn't all that great (will bring our own next time), and the conditioner was out. Great spot, though. It's worth the price and time to do it yourself, and the gate out front makes things easier"

"My little sister and me wanted to get my dogs clean because they have been due for a good cleaning since the beginning of Holiday Block Leave. I took my Serbian Hound mix and Toy Fox Terrier mix for a wash and it was not a bad experience until the washing/drying machine decided to not work, it gave up after the dry cycle and it also stole my money. It took the 16 min to wash my canines and dry my smallest one but the machine was malfunctioning while attempting to dry my medium dog, so she left wet which was very dissatisfying because it was going very well. Kudos to the last pet owner that left the shampoo and doggie bags, thanks much. I swiped my card about 5 × until I finally gave up, even though it read in the transaction as PAYMENT APPROVED the machine did not respond, so we left with a wet dog and with $10 I need to recover from my bank because MWR did not answer their phone. Would be better if machine posted correct pricing. MWR needs to call a replacement on dryer as other dog owners have complained about the same issue, the conflict is leaving the dog wash with a wet dog."
