"Warning do not use this place! I have been using them for a year, no problems. Yesterday I took my usual clothes to be washed and pressed. The lady took my clothes looked at them and gave me my ticket. Today I got a call saying all my clothes are stained and damp. I went in to look at them and indeed they are all stained and damp. I told him that they were not like that when I dropped them off. He looked right at me and said that they were like that. He was very rude and wouldn’t listen to me . He wouldn’t take responsibility for this. He refused to even try to clean them. I took my clothes and told him I would not be back. They lost a loyal customer. Right away I took my clothes to another cleaner and explained what had happened. The lady was very nice and understanding. She said they’d do their best to get them clean."

"The people running this place appear to be good people. Sadly, their service is atrocious. I first went there for a simple hemming job and dry cleaners. The hemming looked like a nine year old boy did it. The dry cleaning was poor. Clothing looked like it was still wrinkle. Everyone has bad days so tried them again. They were late in their estimated pick up time. Many of the articles had these crusty particles that is probably from whatever they use to clean. I will be searching for another place. Again, good people but very poor service."

"I have taken my husband's suits here on two occasions for dry cleaning. The staff were extremely kind and professional. I will continue using them in the future and would recommend them to family/friends!"

"So, my bestfriend and I gave our prom dresses to them last year and had zero complaints. HOWEVER, this year their service was less than zero stars. They did everything they were supposed for my dress except shorten the straps, but my best friends dress was not ready until the day before our prom (prom is saturday aka today) when they told her it would be done 4 days before that(wednesday the same day mine was done) When they FINALLY gave her the dress back it was not even done. They hemmed one side of the dress and not the other side and LEFT THE PIN IN HER DRESS showing that they did not do what they were supposed to do!!! The only thing they did for her was shorten the length of her dress. 60 dollars for terrible service. Her aunt ALSO gave her WEDDING dress to them and they did not have it done at all so she had to take it back. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS U WANT TO WASTE MONEY AND NOT HAVE YOUR ALTERATIONS DONE. 100% DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!! picture of my bestfriends dress will be inserted."

"TERRIBLE-WARNING! I've always had a great experience and have used them for years with the very nice employee who used to always be there. But despite a recent and unfortunate employee change, at prom time I took my daughter's dress to them for a quote on a simple alteration. I was given a quote of $25 and an ETA of 1 week for a simple hemming of a simple dress. I brought the dress again a week and a few days before the prom with my daughter and her shoes to get it pinned up to the right length. After pinning by an unqualified and rude new employee, I was told it would be $35. I argued that this was why I had gotten the prior quote earlier, that we were pressed for time now and couldn't take it elsewhere at this point. Because the quote was in the computer system the staff member agreed to take the dress and compete the job for $25. I received a call the afternoon before the dress was due back telling me that it would be $45. And if I didn't agree they just wouldn't do the job. They were holding the dress hostage and the prom was the following saturday. I had no choice but to agree, but to have the owner call me right away. I was not happy. I told them then and when I picked up the dress with an uneven hem to ask the owner to call me. HE NEVER DID. What a chicken. This is a crooked and slimy and a terrible business practice. The stupid owner is losing this loyal, regular customer over $20 and a shoddy hem job. TERRIBLE owner and rude, unprofessional new employees. Do yourself a favor. Drive the extra mile and STEER CLEAR of this SLIPPERY OPERATION."
