"Less than a week before my granddaughter's wedding, the venue hosting the event caught fire and was completely destroyed. Her wedding dress was in the building. After the fire was extinguished they were able to retrieve the dress. It was entrenched with smoke and covered with soot. I don't know how but Jay and the folks at Al's Cleaners were able to clean it and get the smoke smell out in time for the wedding. The dress was completely restored. Truly, unbelievable service. You won't find any better."

"I needed some shirts dry cleaned for a trip this weekend. I found this place and thought I’d give them a try. I dropped the clothes off on Wednesday and was told I could pick them up on Friday. I specifically asked if I could pick them up at 8 am on Friday and was told yes. I showed up Friday morning and was told they wouldn’t be ready until after 12. Now I don’t have the clothes I need for my trip. I will not be using again."

"Very disappointing. Specifically asked for crease in pants. Completely disregarded. One pair of shorts came back looking as if they hadn’t even been cleaned or ironed at all. On closer inspection, they had what appeared to be a bleach mark on them. Another pair of shorts appeared to have discoloration on top of both back pockets. So, these came back in worse condition than when they were brought in. You pay a lot for what you get here. Won’t be back. Tried to call upon inspecting my clothes at home. No one even answered the phone."

"I would highly recommend this dry cleaner for their superb service and attention to detail. After moving from Washington state one year ago, I was hoping to find a dry cleaner just as good as the one I previously had, which I did. Their attention to detail and the drive/through option is very convenient when you are pressed for time."

"I took a sweater there to be cleaned, it came back with small dark spots. I left for a redo and never saw it again. Was given the run around for a month: we're looking for it, then we inadvertantly sent it home with another customer who will check her closet. I received a refund for my full purchase price but not before I was given the "depreciation" speech and "it's only a sweater." A dry cleaner should be more sensitive to a customer's loss as we entrust the care of our garments to the professional."
