"No organization, poor management with no certifications. The manager thinks he's knows it all when in reality he knows nothing. His lack of certifications reflects that. Fired the entire water department to bring his inexperienced lover. Wouldn't be surprised if the water department folded. Call Servpro, they'll take care of you"
