"I spoke with Jay and he was as nice and accommodating as could be. He came by the house a week or so after we spoke. He said he would email me a quote. I waited a week and called. He said he had been busy and i understood. He said he would get it to me that evening. Never got it. I called the next day, he apologized and said it would be coming that day. It never did. I was disappointed to say the least. After all of the good reviews, i was looking forward to getting the project completed by him. To this day, a month later i still haven't received anything. All he had to do was tell me he was too busy and i wouldn't have waited a month to look for another company."
