"Dr. Johnson is amazing and so caring. The tech was so kind and you could tell her love for animals. Highly recommend!"
"At first i was leaving this review out of anger but i calmed down and now it's just out of disappointment. Our puppy was having an allergic reaction to something. Her face was swelling, her body was covered in hives, she was panting rapidly and i felt her heart racing. I don't know what to do, i'm not a vet. So i put her in the car and take off to the closest animal hospital because i'm worried about her throat swelling shut. I call on the way to let them know and see what i should do. I'm basically told not to bring her, they won't see her, take her to an animal ER and they inform me the closest ones are Marietta or Chattanooga. What is the purpose of calling yourself an animal hospital if you won't help animals in need? Just extremely disappointed that the one vet in our small town would turn away a family pet that is having an emergency and then tell them the solution is to drive over an hour away and hope the dog is ok by the time you get there. Extremely disappointed that the people we look to to help our pets can have the cold heart to turn away a suffering animal. If you have any type of animal emergency, look elsewhere because this animal "hospital" doesn't care."
"Can't say enough about the veterinarian and her assistant. They were extraordinarily conscientious and always thinking ahead. All of the entire staff was thoughtful and kind! They even went as far as to send a sympathy card via "snell mail". Who does that? They did all the extras. I recommend this clinic for may reasons, but, they got our Lab/Shepard mix that had been in the family since he was 4 weeks old, back to his energy filled self when he had a virus and with care, helped us put him to sleep when he was 15 years old and life running out. Thank you, Adairsvillle Animal Hospital!"
"We have taken our babies here for YEARS! This past week I had to take baby in for care, as she sliced her foot open. They put staples in her foot (odd choice in my eyes, but they're the professionals, right??) and told me to take the bandage off later in the evening so it could get air and dry out. I did. And this picture is what it looked like. The staples are not even IN the wound! They are loosely hanging on at best. I had to leave the room for a minute. Came back and the staples had all been taken out. I don't know if Pheeby took them out, or if they got caught on something and fell out, but needless to say I was livid! This office is not open on weekends so I had to follow up with an emergency vet. They said that the injury should have never been attempted to have been closed up with staples due to the lack of tissue at that part of the leg/foot. No kidding! Even I could see that! So I called the office today to explain my issue and kindly give them the opportunity to fix the issue. They charged me to put staples in that should not even have been put in. The girl at the front desk that answered the phone had no idea what was going on (beside the point but irritating when you're already upset). Then the office manager hopped on the phone and would hardly let me get a word in. She said that the "use of staples is a matter of preference". I personally would think that the use of staples in a bony area with no meat to hang on to would be more a matter of intelligence. Any way...I told her I felt that some sort of reimbursement was in order as we have gone there for years with our babies and that this visit was unacceptable. She was very short and rude, told me to have a good day and hung up. Yall, don't go to this place. Their care and bedside manner has gone down the toilet!"
"Dr. Johnson cares! She takes time to follow up on how well your pet is doing post surgery. The staff cares about your pets. They are very thorough and they take the time to explain when you have questions."
