Dr. Tally is still exceptional, however, he's out on medical leave...often and 'management' is chasing patients away. Their policy of informing clients that their pet has terminal cancer in the reception area surrounded by strangers is cold and heartless. Their inability to be professional and accept constructive feedback is unacceptable. We will miss you, Dr. Tally. We hope you still have a practice when you return."
