"First bad experience with service from one of the washer machine #25 about a week ago. Took 8 quarters from me. I put my complaint in their suggestion box. Have not heard from the owner yet. In my opinion; the owner should provide a Service number for compliants. Times are hard and no one can afford to lose money even if it's only $2.00. I did leave a mobile number, my name and address for cintact purposes."
"I love the hours, they're open until 11 p.m., there are tons of washers and dryers and the people that come are genuinely pretty nice. I've been three or four times and I've not had an issue. The bathroom is pretty clean considering I see no staff. I haven't had an issue with any of the dryers so far. I like this place!"
