"Hired this company to clean my 5 bedroom, 3bth, 2800 sqft house for my wife’s birthday. I specifically asked that my already clean home just have baseboards, blinds, and ceiling fans/light fixtures done. I was told they would do it all. My wife got home and the blinds weren’t touched, the baseboards weren’t touched, and the ceiling fans were halfway done. The didn’t touch the oven, the floors and stairs still had dirt on them. Save your money and find an actual cleaning service that knows how to clean. They are also dishonest about how long they were there, I guess they forget they text on arrival and departure… not to mention we have cameras. Chuck still wants me to pay him for almost 2 hours worth of cleaning, I received a text at 8:48am that said the maids were on the way (not at the house, my wife was still home at this time) and a text at 10:11am that said they were leaving… they came in, stayed for less than an hour and did NOTHING we asked them to do. Look at the pictures and see if you would pay for the services we received. I’m incredibly disappointed!"
