"I ran by the Westover location today to pick up a particular product and couldn't find it in the store. Brandon was nearby, so I asked him to assist. He went out of his way to walk me to it and had a smile on his face at all times. He made me feel like he actually cared. I asked his name so I could acknowledge his kindess! Great employee!"
"I made an appointment for a vaccine at 10 am. I arrived at 9:40 and even though there were no customers it is 10:35 and I am still waiting. Avoid this location by all costs appointments dont matter since they don't try to run on time in the slightest. They refuse to even tell me wha is taling so long only saying she will be with me."
