"Last time I had a pretty groomed there, they got an overgrown nail( I told them about) caught in the bath drain. They had to cut it from underneath, cutting it too short causing bleeding. Will never take an animal there again."

"I had a bad experience with Petco on shugart this morning my fur baby was not due for her rabies shot until March 3rd of 22, we called Whitfield animal hospital they told her plane she was not due for her shot yet beforehand the girls and the grooming department were very rude and acted like they didn't even care I was not going to leave my baby there for them with their attitude and disrespect for their customers to groom my little girl. Had all her stuff in the computer wrong there would be no way I would take my fur baby to get her groomed without all her shots for fear of her getting something. I am very disappointed in Petco and I'll never take her back there again they need to hire people that have patience and are compassionate. The manager had to go back there and straighten them girls out I think her for that but I still would not leave my fur baby there."
