While many of the reviews on Google say that there were order delays, there were indeed, however, the website displayed the delay information at the time and they always got back to me if I called about an order. We have always received our orders and when Herm Sprenger had a delay in their production, Pawmark still pulled through for us when nobody else could! As a business owner, we have come to rely on Pawmark for some of our dog training equipment and have always received exactly what we ordered."
