"This store has some cute shoes but the sales associates are a different story. It has been over a year since I was last in there and it will be quite a while before I go back in there again. It all has to do with them asking for phone number and then your name. The first time I gave my name the associate burst out laughing, and then yesterday when I gave my name the associate had a big smile and I was waiting for her the laugh too. I didn't think it was funny either time. I felt offended both times. Your associates seriously need sensitivity training or quit asking for names. I will go back to Belk like I did before"
