"The personnel at Gainesville FinishLine have given me literally the most outstanding customer service experience out of any sneaker store in Georgia. I won a raffle for a pair of shoes, and the personnel here gave me a call days before the pick-up date to notify me that the shoes I won weren’t available, but they already started working on making something happen. The day the shoes released, they gave me a call to say they were able to get them in and gave me time to come get them. I didn’t even have to take the initiative to contact them through the process, which is hard to believe nowadays. I have been told that my shoes were not available after winning a raffle at other sneaker stores before, and personnel at those stores don’t bother telling you until you get there and don’t bother helping you get a replacement. You’ve got a good team here at Lakeshore Mall, FinishLine (take note other sneaker stores! cough* Footlocker *cough)"
