"The name is very misleading. My wife and I were looking for an actual outfitters where we could buy outdoors gear when google suggested this place. Unfortunately it isn't so much a traditional outfitters as it is a went-hiking-once-in-college-now-i-just-tailgate-and-my-wife-buys-all-of-my-clothes boutique. They have expensive coolers and grills, hammocks and backpacks big enough for a day trip but everything else is just pastel colored clothing with company logos on it. If you want to go camping, find another outfitter. If you want people to think you go camping without having to do any actual camping, this is the place for you."

"Seriously the Lagrange store needs to hire different people. The spoiled children of your "church" or "golf buddies" are not good workers and do not give good customer service at all. I walked in, passed three different employees, and no one asked if I needed help or showed me anything. First time in and will be the only time in. Learn how to hire good and friendly people because if you don't your store isn't going to last long."
