"The lady at the register insisted that we leave our bags with her. The reason was obvious because we were men. When asked of she asked women to do the same thing she said no. So, she obviously discriminates against their male clientele. My friend that is diabetic and has heartfailure keeps his meds in that bag And there was no way my friend was leaving a $600.00 Coach bag with a stranger in a secondhand budget store. The LARGE bag she keeps bring up is no larger than most women's purses. We witnessed a woman going in as we were still in the parking lot with a HUGE bag.It was obvious they were having the same discussion until the customer mentioned me watching through the window, the owner then turned and saw me. It was clear she told the woman why 9 was there so the lady gave her the bag. I called the store and expressed concern over what I saw and ended the conversation. In less than 5 minutes she was calling me back. I expressed to her she should NOT be calling my personal number but she continued to try to talk over me. Calling someone's personal line back without permission is one of the most unprofessional things I think I have ever witnessed."
