"Bought a suitcase that had a bad zipper. Tried to return it multiple times but the lines were so backed up I had to keep coming back. Then when I did get to return it they tried to give me a Gift card because it had been so long. I had to remind their employee that they were purchased during the holiday season and can be returned after 30 days and get a full refund."

"Lots of great items in the store and organized. It can be busy on the weekends so if weekday afternoon is possible, it is the best time to visit while not too crowded. Employee Claire who checked me out today at the front was very kind and friendly. She also made sure I knew about return policy for items I purchased."

"There is a nice selection of clothes here like the other TJ Maxx locations. I especially like the luggage and hand bag area oh and of course the hair care section. It’s always busy, but it should never be too busy to give a customer a greeting when you are a representative of a store (also known as an employee). The seasonal section and the children’s toy area were good. The store was rather clean with plenty of staff. Prices are always reasonable. I would like to see more footwear items for children and men. Although the men’s cologne and clothing section provide a nice range of items to find a great male gift. After walking by five employees it was disappointing to not get one greeting."
