"Lazy employees and they close earlier than listed hours. Drove 45 minutes just to walk to the storefront, pull the door, and realize they closed 55 minutes early!!!!"

"Customer Service sucks. Employees need to know Customers are the ones why they still have a job. With no customers or just simply being rude for no reason make a person don't want to spend there money at this establishment. Me personally don't care about the discount on low price shoes, when the have other shoe stores that have sales I can go to with good customer service; for example Footlocker , Nike, Champs, Finish-line, Foot-action, Hibbett Sport."

They are ignoring customers standing at the door but everyone inside is on their cellphone. If you can talk on your personal phone on the clock you can greet guests and let them know why you are always closed in the middle of the day on a Friday!!!!!! I will never come to this location again."
