"me and my husband came in to get a BRAND NEW tank filled and PJ over filled the tank to 3200-3300psi (my tank is only 3000psi) and busted my O ring. When we brought it to their attention that the tank was damaged, they immediately started saying sorry it was an accident. when we asked them to fix it, they started telling us how much it costs to be fixed. when we disagreed and said they broke it they should fix it, they told us to leave or they would call the police. Buyer, be aware this business could careless about their customers and obviously this isn’t a new thing…. they are known to break or “lose” people’s stuff… airsoft is an expensive hobby as it is… this is such an easy fix. it’s not about the money it’s about the morals, they break people’s stuff then try to charge them to fix it."
