"I had a great experience today! I am a wheelchair user and they couldn’t have been nicer or more welcome. When I rolled in I was immediately told by a nice girl the store should be accessible but if anything I find is too narrow to let them know and they will move it, told if anything was a little high just let them know and they will help get it for me and if I need a dressing one just to let them know. They couldn’t have been kinder. Later I needed some help getting a top that was too high, I asked the closest person, their name was Ray, they immediately were so kind and helped me and came back and introduced themselves and told me where I could find them in the store if I need anything else, later they got me a dressing room. And when I went to check out they pointed me to a checkout that is lower for wheelchair users. They were so so nice and I couldn’t have had a better experience :)"

"Was there yesterday, coming here is always a great experience, i drive all the way from Stockbridge to shop here, staff has always been very friendly and helpful, always have great deals and just overall great customer service!"

"I swung by this place because it was one of the few places in the mall still open, and it wowed me. They had a very wide variety of clothes available, including a lot of brands which aren't carried anywhere else. The customer service is amazing, I didn't get the cashier's name but it was a blond white guy and he was just the best. He was so down to earth and friendly, we even had a full conversation for a little bit. Overall 10/10 I will definitely be returning when I come back to North Point!!"

"Ordered some vans online/pickup in store and used my 20% off coupon but decided I wanted to exchange them for the all white ones. The guy had to go to the back three times before he finally pulled the right size, I check them and they look dirty and have stains and he proceeds to tell the manager that I didn’t want that pair because “apparently they looked dirty to me” even though I pointed out the stains. So I ask if they can order another pair online since it was their last pair in my size and the manager tells me I wouldn’t get them in the same price because the coupon was a one time use... all I wanted was to exchange them. Worst experience, returned and buying elsewhere."

"The people were nice but the store was incredibly understocked. I went to exchange a pair of shoes and every single style in my size range (8, 8.5, and 9) were all sold out. In fact they only had sizes in a 6.5 and a 10. With an 8-9 being the most common size for the average woman you would expect them to have enough in stock. Ended up keeping my shoes I went to exchange, not worth returning."
