"The shoes were purchased on December 12, 2023 for my grandson. He needed a 10.5 on January 2 which you said you couldn't get. He thought you refunded the monies to my credit card. I came in and got the refund executed by you - Thanks. I found the shoes on-line and they were shipped out of Snellville, GA. I don't understand why you couldn't get the shoes."

"I placed an order for a pair of boots before Christmas. When I checked my credit card statement I realized the charge was duplicated. I called Hibbett’s customer service and the representative told me it was not a duplication but a hold they had put on my credit card until it was shipped and that it would be credited. It didn’t sound good to me since the order had been shipped right after I placed it…anyhow…the charge was still there the following day and by then I had received a se one pair of boots…called Hibbett again and this time they confirmed they had duplicated the order. I had to bring the extra pair to my closest location that is 20 miles from my house…they could have sent me a return label but I didn’t want to take the chance."

"I had to look for sales person and then I had to ask if I could get help ..They were in a group standing and talking and not paying attention to customer's, once I did ask the young man that did help me was very alert to my needs..."

"The two young employees didn't greet us when we walked in; they were busy on their phones. The music in the store was really loud. Felt more like Hibbett Nightclub than Hibbett Sports. We felt ignored until one finally approached us asking if we needed any help. The quality of employee & customer service has gone way down. Won't be back unless it's a last resort option for something I truly need."
