"Was in the store a few days ago and I asked the clerk if I would be able to exchange the shoes in which she said yes however she just return the shoes and then said I couldn’t make a straight exchange I would have to go online and re-buy as they can’t do it in the store I told her I didn’t want to return the shoes and I just wanted my shoes back she wouldn’t give me my shoes back and she said that would be stealing and she can’t reverse anything and I wasn’t understanding what she was saying she was being so condescending and just kept saying you don’t understand what I’m saying ma’am her name was Jessica and she was rude and smug and totally shaming me in front of other customers and no manager stepped up to help I will never be coming back to this location ever again or shopping with DSW and I will tell all my friends and anyone else that I care about don’t set foot in the store shop with DSW online"

"Came in today to purchase a particular pair of adidas sneakers, it appeared they didn’t have that color. Went to the Deas to ask one of the two young ladies but before I could do that she’s like is that all? I replied I’m not buying the shoe. I need to know if you have it or can get it in black the other young lady didn’t even look at the shoe just walked away as she was saying we don’t have that. HOW RUDE!!!!!! I replied you didn’t look @ the sneaker. Yeah I saw it she said all while walking away with her back to me. and then told her that she was being rude as she’s so I can look it up and I said never mind.."

"I went in today for back to school shoes for all 3 of my kids . When I came to pay I was having trouble with my chip not reading my card . So I asked the lady if either I can swip my card of use a different pos . Lady was so rude and dismissive . I’m pretty sure she the manager or assistant manager . She was so rude and basically said she can’t do anything for me and thats the only pos for the register and there is nothing she can do for me . After all that I asked if I can leave my stuff up front . So I can run to my car to get another card . I can see it in her face she wanted to to say no . She Just nod her head . And didn’t say nothing else . JUST RUDE AND NASTY HUMAN ! I’m never coming to this location . I don’t understand why work in customer service when ur just a prude ."

"Prices are incorrect on the boxes, buyers beware. We went to this store this weekend and was going to purchase shoes off the clearance rack. Shoes were marked 69.99 on a green sticker which meant they were 30% off. When I went to pay they were charging me 79.99 with 30% off. When I asked to speak to the manager she said the price had changed. When I questioned her about honoring the price that is marked she actually rolled her eyes at me and said no. I will never go back to this store again. If you have bought anything there recently go back and check your receipt closely. They are overcharging you and they don’t care."
