"Over the holidays I have visited this store about 12 times. I have told everyone there that I do not want to have their stupid 31% interest rate credit card that they push on young people like crazy. I am an attorney and currently representing not one but two clients that were victims of predatory lending at this location. You can't tell someone that they're going to save a bunch of money... and then charge them 31% interest."

"During my visit this evening, i came to purchase some small ceramic bowls. the only ones that the store had present were on a display marked with a price range and the actual bowls had no prices nor barcodes attached to them. Upon trying to checkout, the store manager Christian made up an arbitrary price for the bowls (matched the price of a larger item, therefore inflating the price), regardless of the fact that he could not find them online or get any reference material to corroborate the price. Furthermore, he was very rude and condescending when as we attempted to further resolve this issue, I am very dissatisfied with my visit and as a regular Kohls customer i am very disappointed that I was subjected to being treated this way during my most recent visit. Jennifer, our original cashier was amazing and helped us as best as she could before he interjected and began to demean everyone."

"I have to leave a positive review for Thomas at this Kohl’s East Cobb store location. He went above & beyond helping me with some tricky returns today. He was so pleasant and engaging during my time at the returns counter with him, and I appreciated his persistence in trying to locate the items (in the system) that I was returning! My day was better after my wonderful interaction with him!"

"This departmental store is huge and widely spread. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. They also have an Amazon return booth inside which collects returned online orders. Some of the deals here are great. They have ample open parking space. A great shopping experience. Would surely recommend."

"This kohl’s Store is nice and clean. And it’s huge. The deals and the items in the clearance section are generally priced competitively. You have to be careful and make sure you get the item during their sale as the prices do fluctuate quite a bit. But the folks working here are good too"
