"I bought a Peloton but only because I had already decided before I got there. The associate couldn’t answer some basic questions but the remaining staff seemed supportive and filled in the blanks. I initially made an appointment for a demo not knowing what to expect; I ended up asking could I try the equipment, signed a waiver and was prompted to use the equipment for 5 min on the showroom floor. Found out after swiping our card that there are private demo rooms where one could gain the full experience with equipment and accessories. I do feel like I wasn’t valued; had I experienced more I might have been inclined to invest more. I’m just ready for my Peloton and in-home experience."
