"I can’t say enough good things about this place! I got my 1st bow for Christmas and came here for my 1st lesson. Showed up 30min early for my lesson and was promptly greeted by Bill the bow tech. I told him that I was here for a lesson and asked him if he could check my draw length. He said no problem let’s take a look. I also pointed out to him that the serving on one of the cables has come loose and unraveled after roughly 70 shots. After checking my draw length on the bow he quickly discovered that the cable stop was set incorrectly and that’s what likely caused the issue with the string. I told him that Bear was sending me a replacement set of strings but I was reluctant to take it back to the dealer were I purchased it( Big Woods Goods) because they wanted to charge me $80.00 labor to replace a set of warranty strings on a brand new bow that I purchased from them. He was pretty shocked they would treat someone new to archery that way. After further inspecting the bow Bill noticed that one of the cams was also out of alignment. He completely tuned my bow and didn’t charge a dime! Once I get my replacement strings I will gladly take my bow back to him and gladly pay him some labor to put them on. After my lesson with Audrey (great coach by the way) Bill came out and helped me on the range for another 30min. Their customer service is second to none.
