"Met a woman here that was VERY unprofessional. She claimed to be the manager after telling me she would have to contact her manager to ask her a question. She refused me service because I was asking a lot of questions pertaining to cashing a check. I’ve never been there before. She never explained what I needed to do to verify the check. She called the place of business on the check and then because the check was already signed on the back, then told me I had to verify further and said she had to check my banking info. It was a lot of back and forth because her communication was bad and unclear and she was being very rude and interrupting me. And went on to say she didn’t feel like servicing me anymore. I’m completely lost. I’m also currently still in the store on 8/20/23 at 4:37pm and the same rude worker just said “wasn’t that such a nice sweet Hispanic lady” after a Latino woman walked out the store after being served. Where is corporate when u need them? Will they actually do anything? And who is the real manager?"

"The lady at the window with glasses speaks Spanish and English is very rude and poor customer information handling. I'd never come back people like her is why you should never trust check cashiers. Normally I'd go to my bank. Pass them -"

"This place is awful. The black Spanish speaking lady there is very rude. She asked me why I didn’t cash a government issued check after seven days after receiving it ? I told her on a government issued check I have up to a year to cash it. She called someone on the phone and they refused to cash it because she didn’t want to cash it. She always give me a hard time for some unknown reason ? I’m going to go further with this issue.. There was nothing wrong with the check she just refused to cash it. She ran it I signed the back of it. Just no issue!!!"
