"The store did not open on time."
"If I could give a quarter of a star I would . After coming to purchase shoes for my three boys , on a Monday (7/24/2023) ; the two men working in this location around 8:00pm were absolutely two of the most unresponsive, lack customer appreciation individuals I have ever seen working a shoe store . Honestly if you didn’t wanna work there find another job . You work in customer service . After noticing the job responsibilities, they seem to failed all the task including the last one , GREET CUSTOMERS AND HELP THEM , hmmm sirs actually go check for the shoe availability and recommend some in that size . Like really . One guy I didn’t even know worked in there was on the phone no greeting , and the young man in the opelika high school red shirt , young man do better , because your customer service skills at your age is unprofessional and sicking ."
