"Lots of inventory. Nice putting area. Guys are a bit stingy with testing clubs, but understandable given they get a lot of people passing through to get to the mall who are not genuinely interested in purchasing clubs."

"This place is disappointing. My fiancé has come in this store three times total including today. He’s grown an interest in golf and has been doing his research on clubs but every time he’s gone in the staff there has looked him in his eye and walked past him with no hi, no do you need help or anything.. which ultimately is the reason he leaves. He’s excited about his new hobby so I’ve encouraged him to return each time only to receive the same treatment while other customers around him are greeted warmly and helped proactively. As two young professionals, we’re aware he doesn’t fit the “look” of what appears to be their average customer, it’s still incredibly disheartening to have the desire and means to purchase clubs and the staff simply just ignores you. I’m not sure if it’s his age or his race that’s the cause of these people watching him and walking right by him without as much as offering help- but I’m so disappointed in the way this establishment has chosen to conduct business and I will be sure the members in our circles know that this establishment is not interested in earning our dollars because of their flawed ideas of what a customer looks like."

"Tall older man with white hair was very rude. Went with my boyfriend and his parents to pick out clubs. His mom and I walked off to the side for a second and she picked up a club and this man rudely came up and said that those were men’s clubs. We explained that we were just there with my boyfriend to pick out clubs and he repeated the same thing that those were men’s clubs and women’s clubs were at a different part of the store even though we clearly stated we were with my boyfriend. Kind of seemed like he was saying “don’t touch those.” Strange, rude interaction. Felt sexist."
