"My pup, Grape Jelly, loves this park so much! It's close to our house, and it's always busy with lots of dogs to make new friends no matter the time of day or year. There's a little trail area, and a big open field so no matter what your dog is into they have something to do. Watch it when it rains, it gets super muddy in the field area. One star deducted because there's no parking, you have to park at the church across the street."
"Great park. The only downsides are that owners often do not supervise their dogs, and sometimes the play can get intense. So possibly not the meat for timid dogs. And, once there was no water for the dogs. Neither of the two options for water was working, so I take some just in case."
"I love this dog park. It has trails through the wooda, and a big open area in the middle that is shaded in the afternoon by the trees on either side. So your pups can run and play but not have the sun beating down on them"
"This is the best dog park I've ever been to. I'm sure there are better ones out there somewhere but this one is lovely so I'm going to keep coming back. Half the park is an open area to play fetch/run around, and the other half is wooded with nature trails. There are tables and benches available all throughout the park, perfect for a nice afternoon. The people and dogs are all friendy and the owners tend to be responsible when issues arise between dogs. A few days ago I was there and watched a mama bird feed her chicks. 5 stars."
"Pros: This dog park is very large- bigger than Piedmont! So big that's it's never really crowded. I love how there are short trails for you and your pup to explore. A water fountain is available for use. There are extra toys and tennis balls available for use- just make sure to leave them for the next person to use. Park is usually pretty well kept for a dog park. If there is poop on the ground, there are small flags you can put there to tell people to watch out. Cons: Parking is a little confusing. There is free parking available next door where the rest of the park is. There is a small kids school in between the dog park and the regular park- which may throw you off. Go to the four way stop and the park will be on the left/right or straight ahead. There isn't a big dog area and a small dog area like other parks- just one big space to share. I have been coming here for the past year and I highly recommend it to anyone. Overall great park."
