I was going to go somewhere else but they insisted I let them place an order and my size will arrive next day. 3 days later, not there. I asked for status, they don't know. I asked for a refund, they said they can't until the shoe arrives. Now I'm on the phone trying to get support from corporate. Don't be like me. Save yourself the trouble. The employees have no interest in the customer. Result, they have my money, I don't have my shoes."
