"Walked in the store and was greeted but wasn't offered any help. I already knew what I wanted and size so I went directly to the shoe and waited until the only person on the floor was finished doing whatever she was doing. I waited and said excuse me but didn't get a response. Then a male employee walked out the back (very unprofessional walked out with hood on his head, crust in his eyes) didn't acknowledge me standing right there waiting to be helped. He went to the register with the female but I still received no assistance. I walked out and still no one uttered another word. Fyi, I was the only one in the store at noon."

"Representative helped me sign up for a rewards program that got me a free product to go along with my new borns that I absolutely adore. Thank you! He also properly unlaced them so I know how they should be worn and could easily put them on."

"First time visiting this location and I must say I had mixed reviews because of the different examples of customer service. When we walked in, we were greeted by a young female staff member as if she was not happy to be there. Not that impressed by the selection of men’s shoes, but there was a descent selection of basketball shirts and vintage jerseys on clearance. Another staff member (an older gentleman) who I think was a manager, hard a totally different and great attitude when he helped me and my wife as we checked out. Overall not a great experience, but the staff needs to be aware of their attitude when dealing with customers."
