"I had a great experience. My local store in Stockbridge didn’t have my size. The young lady called around for me and found them at the Moreland Ave store. They said they would hold them for me. I walked in and was greeted by at least two people I think. I walked in, he got my shoes; they weren’t “held” but he got the other off the display wall, rang me up and I was out. I went there and back to Stockbridge in less than an hour. No complaints."

"Went into the store to order Jordan 5s in a size 9.5 for my daughter.Waited 3-5 business days. Got a call saying shoes was ready for pickup. Get there to pick the shoes up and was surprised with some pink and white Jordan’s in a toddler 12c . SMH I drove all the way from sandy springs and shoes wasn’t what I ordered. This is ridiculous."
