"Highly recommend. Because of a mistake I made on my initial order and didn't realize until I received and used the holster I asked for them for assistance at my cost. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and took care of me. I will not hesitate to purchase future holsters from them in the future. The holsters and hardware are quality in themselves and the customer service is beyond expectations. Thanks Skydas."
"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! SCAM I bought a new glock44 with a crushed orchid cerakoted slide FROM BUDS, but actually from SKYDAS gear ( come to find out ). Skydas is easy to recognize, they are using a slightly modified Gerbers logo as part of their shady tactics. when I go to ffl to pick up g44, i test racked it a couple of times to assess functionality, it sounds gritty. after getting home I field strip it for cleaning ( having not even fired the g44). There is sand blasting media in the gun EVERYWHERE! First i emailed buds, since I PAID THEM FOR THE SERVICES AND EXTRA ADDED WARRANTY. Buds said that since i paid extra for lifetime warranty that theyre not responsible and i need to contact skydas. email skydas, get a retun under way, promising that its been re-cerakoted and barrel has been repaired, LIES!!! I go to my FFL yesterday to pick up the repaired NEW g44, aaaand its not even been re-cerakoted let alone the barrel been repaired. I opened this return in front of The General Manager at Indy Arms as a witness, I wont quote him on his assessment, but it wasnt positive. The barrels "repair" was sharpie marker over the gouges in the barrel hood. The sharpie repair wiped off with a swipe of my finger whilst clearing the oil out of the way. I refused to accept the g44 in its condition, my ffl was kind enough to allow the g44 to sit in their safe until this gets sorted. I emailed skydas yesterday twice. the first email was incomplete and I accidentally sent all the new Pics of the g44 to them without explanation, Terri responded immediately asking what those were, I soon followed up with the email explaining in detail what is still wrong, Terri has not responded since. The more I dig into skydas the more I think I am being scammed!! 1st, this is the only cerakoting I can find on skydas, its their first attempt at this (FAIL). 2nd, Theyre using the logo from Gerber Gear thats been image flipped. 3rd, the three calls Ive made to their house/work shed in Georgia has been answered by unprofessional/untrained personnel that CANNOT assist my inquiries."
"I honestly don't even know where to start with this... comfort, customer service, cost, FFF (fit finish and function), etc are all above and beyond. Let me begin by saying that I contacted no less than 10 "custom" kydex holster makers and none of them were willing or able to make a holster for firearms that weren't supported (guns that have a higher demand for holsters or are generally more common & popular). And then I contacted #11, Skydas Gear, and their very nonchalant response was, "yea of course we can, bring the guns in." I communicated what I wanted and expected and my requests were met with open arms. If you're getting exactly what you want, and you're happy with it then I think cost takes a back seat. I will very happily be getting a holster/sheath made for more of my gear. The cost is definitely worth it. The FFF is top notch. As with any quality product, there are from burrs or rough edges. I don't have any worry about my guns being marked or scuffed while using the holster. Comfort doesn't even remotely play second fiddle. I almost exclusively wear AIWB, especially sidecar. This is so very easily the most comfortable holster I have ever worn. Please keep in mind, the two guns I commissioned holsters for are on the larger side (PSA Rock 5.7 with a threaded barrel and and Walther WMP) so these are definitely longer framed firearms. Sitting, bending over, putting on my shoes, driving and any other movement in between is a breeze. So much so that it legitimately feels like I'm not wearing a gun at all. The leather between the kydex pieces truly helps the holster system fit your body and not just be a piece of gear on you. TL;DR --- don't shop around for a holster, just buy any of theirs! You won't regret it. Order now, or just go by their store."
"I’m very pleased with my product I received from Slydas! Upon opening I found one thing I needed to change to make it perfect for me, and I was actually able to given the extra mounting holes provided in the holster! It’s hard to find a decent holster for my EDC and they made it a great experience! Picture attached is with my belt clips added! Not to mention they were very quick to get back with me via email! Customer service was great! Thank you guys again! I’d highly recommend them for your carry needs!"
