They were top tier in my book as to handling accounts being honest as to what they can loan you. I contacted office on today and was denied, never ever had that happened before. . I asked the reason, and they stated I will get a letter really. Called back to the office to speak to the District Manager she refused to talk to me. I am not sure if it is the same DM from last year, but she divulged confidential information about an an employee that had Covid. I am sure that is against company policy. I can I will be definitely moving my account or paying it off..."

"Although the ladies were very nice, the way they conduct business is horrible. We were told we were approved and had to bring in a few documents . When we did what they said needed to be done, went back in and were told it was denied. So we spent time and money doing what needed be done, only to be denied after being told we were approved with the amount, rate, and schedule all given. Absolutely do not do business with them. At least with title loan places, you know it is what it is! They try to come on as a better solution, but do not conduct business better!"

"No courier!! They have a relationship with a bank on Whitlock and Powder Springs Road for your convenience but you can take it to your bank as well. My first time doing a title pawn and was very afraid to do one but everyone here made it so fast and easy. No high interest rates, they go by industry laws and standards and they are explain things very clearly. I highly recommend them if your on a pinch for cash."
