"We made a trip to find the storefront and let our daughter pick her own unicycle for her birthday. The store was definitely out of the way, and we really weren't sure the GPS was taking us to the right place. If you're going into an industrial area, you're going the right way. Once there, the office staff was wonderful. I wish I'd asked the man's name, but he was wonderful with our daughter. He quickly realized the parents had no clue, so he bent down and addressed her directly. They didn't have a pink one, but he offered pink pedals. We needed the shorter seat pole, and he took the time to actually assemble the unicycle for us. He also gave her some stickers to personalize it (and her helmet) and some extra stickers to share with others on her unicycle team. When we left, we were taking her picture at the door, and he came out to gift her a birthday shirt and some different, larger stickers for her club. All in all, it was more than worth the three hour drive. He single-handedly made our daughter feel like a real athletic princess."
