"Absolutely the worst customer service, a bunch of unprofessional children running the place , not adhering to store policy, Hibbett need to take a closer look at who is put into place to be a representation on their company, these associates need to be either replaced or retrained, when the doors shut on this location they will absolutely be a contributing factor."

"Went to their location was told that they didn't have my size... online said they did...guy told me to go to south Dekalb mall city gear got there was told the sneakers cost 150 when at Hibbett it cost 68 online 81...I finally when on line paid 70 to pick at the original Hibbett that said they didn't have my size...wasted my time and gas so unhappy with the whole process"

"The customer service was unsatisfactory the light skin lady with short hair was rude had an attitude did not greet me when I came into store this was a horrible experience she couldn’t even tell me the price of a pair of sock and had an attitude when I asked her for the price I would not recommend this store to anyone!"

"They were the shoes I asked for. They were the right size. My issue is, I called after 11:30 and got no answer up to 5pm. Never received an alert of my order being ready. That's why I gave 3 stars."

"Zero stars. Horrible customer service. The General Manager Michael Wiley is incompetent and rude. He assisted my mother with exchanging shoes that she tried on once at home and brought back like she was told she could if she did not like them. He then called her 3 hours later to accuse her of wearing the shoes and doing a poor job of cleaning them and trying to return them as new. He stated that he never accepts returns without thoroughly inspecting the shoe but he was busy when assisting her so it was an oversight. He then proceeded to cancel the order for the shoes that were exchanged for and even went as far as threatening to flag her in their system. My mother literally never wears sneakers and this interaction ruined her attempt at stepping out of her comfort zone. He also stated that a customer wanted to buy the shoes but noticed that they were dirty. Who knows how many people touched the shoes within a three hour window? Pictures of the shoes prior to return attached for reference."
