"The prices are insane, as expected with Ralph Lauren, despite it being labeled an outlet. The store is spacious and very neat. The staff is always courteous and patient when asked questions, and they’re eager to help find or price check anything needed by customers. The fact they don’t clearly price everything is the one thing that can be aggravating."

"Went in to do an exchange, and I asked “Could me receipts be looked up using my bank card I made the purchase from?” The cashier called his manger over the walkie-talkie and asked, and for some reason a gentlemen Luis and a young lady rushed to the front and was rude and acted as if he couldn’t understand me. I asked he could he look up my purchase by my email because I come in all the time and purchase items for my son. When he looked up my email he said aloud I haven’t made a purchase since 2years ago, and he started to hurry up and write down my information on a piece of paper for some reason. Then, I said “No, that’s not correct!” and I asked him to try my phone number and he started to do the exchange with saying anything else and told me my email was out in as AA but idk how and I receive lots of promotion and new merchandise emails. The whole experience today was just very unpleasant and unprofessional. I will not return."
