"Clean and well organized so that you can easily find what you are looking for. But their prices are unbelievable, even items on promotion are more expensive than regular retail price elsewhere. Everybody will occasionally need a pharmacy and I prefer Walgreens, but for general nutrition supplements and vitamins I can pay half elsewhere. A little bit better than the other two locations in town. It is the people that make the difference. I cannot say for many places that I have always been treated politely, but I cannot remember once I was not treated well here."
"Do not make vaccine appointments here. Go somewhere else. I had to wait for an hour past my appointment time to get my shot, along with 4 other people who were waiting around for shots as well. Both parties share responsibility for an appointment. The patient is responsible for making themselves ready and showing up on time, and the staff is likewise responsible to make themselves ready to receive the patient and render care. I know this store is always busy and staff is overworked, but if you are not ready for people to show up at their appointment times, what is the purpose of forcing people to have an appointment at all?"
