"On Saturday my husband went to Journeys to purchase some shoes. He tried them on once in the store and we immediately went home. After trying them on one more time at home he changed his mind about them and wanted to return them. He put them on in our closet and looked in the mirror, put them back in the box and we headed back to the mall. They weren't untied. He had them for about a 1 1/2 hours total. They weren't taken outside or even outside of our closet. When we went for a return, and the girl at the counter said she can't accept the return because they were clearly worn. I was in shock because they looked EXACTLY how they looked when purchased and he immediately went back after only trying them on for under 30 seconds. She insisted that they were worn and couldn't accept them. I explained to her how he had JUST tried them on and only had them for under 2 hours and she said "the shoes say otherwise" with attitude. I immediately went to the car to take pictures of how the shoes looked when handed to her. We've never had this experience with Journeys before but we probably won't return again. Online shopping is always better anyway."

"Mike the manager was the best when he helped me the other day. I came to return shoes and he actually ended up getting me to buy 2 pairs of shoes and a backpack and I don't regret any of it! I wasn't excepting good customer service entering this mall but left with the best ive ever had. Highly recommened!!!!"
