"I recently went to buy a car and One Main Financial was phenomenal. The person that helped me with my loan was TracyF4om New Orleans at thw One Main office In Arizona, she was awesome, very professional, courteous and personable she was helpful buy explaining everything because I had never bought my own car or been financed. I have nothing but good things to say about this company becauae of my experience, I'm very pleased with the service that I received all around. One main financial helped me get the car that I wanted and made the entire process seamless."

"We have been dealing with them for over 5 years. we have sent a lot of business their way. we have never missed a payment, we've always paid on time. They took an unauthorized payment and refused to refund it. Now, how are you gonna have a perfect paying customer that's been doing business with you a long time and you screw them over? Do not buy any of their extra policies. Cause it's not there beneficial. It's just a waste of money. Nobody communicates with each other. So nobody knows what's going on. Their resolution was to contact my bank and request a dispute when they clearly got paid ahead. They're poor customer service and they're lack of empathy, especially for their military. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.. That and realistically their APR is outrageous. You can probably find one at your credit union a lot cheaper.. I will be looking else where for my business."

"I just completed a loan application with Amber and she was great. She made it so easy for me to do everything online and went thru the documents with page by page. All I had to do was send them a copy of the front and back of my license and a copy of a blank check on my account. The money will go right into my checking account and I will them payoff my five credit card and only have one monthly payment. I cut up my credit cards and was going to close them but Amber advised me to keep them open because if I close them it will lower my score. She gave me great advice and walked me thru the signing process step by step. I would highly recommend Amber and OneMain Financial to anyone trying to payoff excess debt and improve their finances.
