"An excellent experience!! Was looking to buy a bed & frame. Mr. Ed walked me through all the beds they had and was extremely patient and helpful. Was able to order a unit that was on sale and get it shipped to my apartment. Communicated with me through the whole process, even letting me know when they were on the way. The set-up took maybe 10 minutes, tops. Couldn't recommend enough. Can't wait to get a good night sleep!!!"
