"Literally ordered balloons online 2 weeks in advance - walked in to pick them up for an event and they couldn’t find my order. Then ended up having to wait ~10 minutes to get a refund with barely an apology. This is so unacceptable - don’t take online orders if you don’t have an organized system in place."

"Just went to this Party City to try and buy balloons for my 3 year-old. Everything she wanted was out of stock. No big deal. When we found ones that were in stock, they said that we had to wait an hour. They had just filled similar balloons for two other customers before us. Maybe there is something we're not aware that requires a balloon filling machine to rest between operations? Why the 1 star review? Well, we were nothing but polite, but were met with overt contempt and annoyance that really has me wondering if they just didn't like the way we looked. Went to a nearby Publix, and though the balloon selection was smaller. the manager there really brightened my daughters day by being pleasant and helpful."

"Horrible experience with the only person working there. Online says 9 available of a costume. Drove over, she was unwilling to check if they had them. Said if not on shelf they don’t have. Very rude person. I understand job market is tough, but if customer relations is part of your job then you need to at least make an effort. Won’t be back here."

"Theeeeeeee WORST customer service i have EVER received at a party city. I definitely will not be revisiting this one. On Saturday I went in after seeing online that they had everything I needed in stock . The online prices differ and they DO NOT price match which is weird being that it’s the SAME exact company. Anyway, I get everything I need and proceed to the register where the lighter female totally ignores me. She then proceeds to assist another lady needing help with balloons meanwhile Geneva is already doing balloons so why wouldn’t she check me out. She go get Geneva who’s already working on something to cash me and several other people out while she just directs and fumble around with balloons. Meanwhile I also have balloons that I needed inflated and has to wait on Geneva to finish cashing out the people behind me to get them blown up. These ladies really need to learn how to multi task . All in all party city is never slammed busy and It should not have took as long as it did for me to be taken care of ."
